Immediately after announcing some new Annual Passholder benefits yesterday, Walt Disney World has announced the new increased price you’ll have to pay for that pass starting today. With bookings for 2020 vacations just becoming available and Star Wars: Galaxy’s Edge opening in almost two months, Disney is bumping up Annual Passes as much as $225.
The New Annual Passholder prices for Disney World are as follows:
- Premier Annual Pass: $2099 (Previously $1949)
- Platinum Plus: $1219 (Previously $994)
- Platinum Plus (Florida Resident/DVC): $999 (Previously $849)
- Platinum: $1119 (Previously $894)
- Platinum (Florida Resident/DVC): $899 (Previously $749)
- Gold: $699 (Previously $609)
- Silver: $519 (Previously $479)
- Weekday Select: $349 (Previously $319)
- Epcot After 4: $309 (Previously $289)
- Water Parks: $139 (Previously $130)
- Water Parks After 2: $89 (Previously $79)
As Disney increased the Annual Passholder prices just last October, the timing of this announcement comes as a surprise, although it feels like Disney World and Disneyland price increases have become an inevitability the past few years.
