Review: Like the other review we had to walk through the park. The waiting area (outside the rest.) was standing room only. We were a party of 4 adults and 2 children. I could not get a direct answer for the entirely too long wait to be seated, but we were a little early for our reservation time, but waited an additional 45 minutes to be seated inside. The food quality was great and there was a wide variety of foods (we went 2006). However, we had several issues concerning the service, which was slow, several requests were incorrect, so that caused even more of a delay.  We tried to remain "Happy" for the kids sake, but the 4 characters rushed every one's table visit.  I had to literally hold Donald by the arm to have my 1 1/2 year olds picture taken with him.  We were so discouraged by this experience that we canceled our character breakfast at Ohana's for the next day.  We later learned that Ohana's comes highly recommended (our kids love Lilo and Stitch.) Don't waste your time or Disney Dining Plan Meals on this one! (which uses 2 sit downs)

Review:  I agree that the characters come and go rather hastily at this breakfast. We made reservations for this breakfast after visiting WDW for 4 days and our 2 year old became obsessed with Donald Duck. I understood the camping atmosphere they were going for but was irritated that we were one of 6 families called to be seated at the same time. We were all ushered to our tables where we all began the buffet at the same time. Within moments we were told "Get your cameras ready! The characters are coming" The characters came to our area, visited briefly with us and the other 5 families and then were off to another area of the restaurant, never to be seen again. If you stay and eat long enough at Crystal Palace at MK or Garden Grill at Epcot you may see a character twice or three times and the characters' table visits are spaced throughout the meal-not all bombarding you at once. The food at Donald's was average or even below average and the line seemed incredibly long because so many people are seated at EXACTLY the same time. Even though it is the only character meal at AK we have vowed to never return again.

Review:  We have gone to this character breakfast twice and will be going again.  The food is excellent and the atmosphere is pure fun. Lots of great character photo opportunities.  They also take a photo of your group before you enter the restaurant.  Later you have the opportunity to purchase the pictures.  They make great souvenirs.  Our group consists of adult kids, Mom and Grandparents.  It is always a highlight of our trip.

Review:  Well we wanted a change this year for Character breakfasts so we went to Animal Kingdoms Donald's Prehistoric Breakfastosaurus.  (Past years we went to Chef Mickey's. )  Well to start off we had to walk through the park just to get to breakfast!  Once we arrived we had to wait another 10 minutes OUTSIDE, and it was pretty chilly at 8:00 a.m.  Once inside they seated us back in a very, very dark room,  and said we could go to the buffet.  The variety of food did not even compare to the buffet at Chef Mickey's.  There were eggs, bacon, sausage, Krispy Cream doughnuts and some fresh fruit.  They also said there were omelets made to order, but we could not find them.  There were only four Characters there and they were quick let me tell you.  They were so quick you had to ask them to wait to take a picture!!! At Chef Mickey's they dance and interact with the children, NOT at Donald's Prehistoric Breakfast.  If you want a nice selection of food and a good time,  Don't go here, Very disappointing for Disney.

Review:  We took our 2 year-old daughter for breakfast and had a wonderful time!  The food was excellent and we were able to take lots of pictures with the characters.
