About

Located in the Marketplace in Downtown Disney, Cap’n Jack’s has been serving seafood to hungry Disney World guests since 1975. This restaurant invites diners to watch the boats sail by as they dine on oysters and other assorted seafood. Signature dishes include Seafood Pasta, New England Clam Chowder, and various crab cakes.

Captain Jacks has a circular bar where many a Downtown Disney visitor can be found having the restaurant’s signature drink: a strawberry margarita.

Captain Jacks is open daily for lunch and dinner. This restaurant is part of the Disney Dining Plan. Reservations are usually necessary here.

To make way for the new Disney Springs, this iconic restaurant  will be closing  the summer of 2013. Thanks for the  memories.Iwould  have thought this would have been a perfect tie in to promote the pirate series of movies . I always envisioned Captain Jacks to   be a character dinning for little boys much the way the character Princes meals are to little girls.Disney may have missed the boat on this one.
