Hi everyone! It’s Myra – your resident travel agent and fellow Disney geek – with some awesome news! Disney just announced the list of performers set to entertain and amaze at this year’s Eat to the Beat Concert Series at the Epcot Food & Wine Festival. Some of you may know that the Epcot Food & Wine Festival is one of my most favorite events at Disney, so I am even more excited to share this particular scoop!
This year’s Festival is really shaping up to be bigger and better than anything Epcot has done previously. Not only is the Festival running for a record 75 days – from August 31 to November 13 – but there is also a record number of Global Marketplaces (35!) featuring amazing dishes from across the world. To go along with this, Epcot is upping the ante in the entertainment department as well – 11 brand new acts are coming as part of the Eat to the Beat Concert Series! And so, without further ado, prepare to feast your eyes on this year’s line-up:
- 8/31 – 9/1 – Delta Rae (“Bottom of the River”)
- 9/2 – 9/3 – The Hooters (“And We Danced”) NEW

- 9/21 – 9/22 – David Cook (“Light On”)
- 9/23 – 9/24 – Everclear (“Santa Monica”)
- 9/25 – 9/27 – Sugar Ray (“Every Morning)
- 9/28 – 9/29 – .38 Special (“Hold On Loosely”)

- 11/9 – 11/11 – Big Bad Voodoo Daddy (“Go Daddy-O”)
- 11/12 – 11/13 – Squeeze (“Tempted”) NEW
I am excited about the return of some of my favorites – Hanson, Boyz II Men, and Plain White T’s, to name a few – but I’m also really psyched about the new additions! With its multitude of instruments and big sound, 10,000 Maniacs is perfect for the American Gardens Theatre venue.
Performances are scheduled for 5:30 pm, 6:45 pm and 8:00 pm everyday for the duration of the Food & Wine Festival, and included in your Epcot park admission.
