If you’ve visited the Italy Pavilion at Epcot recently, you’ve noticed that Tutto Italia has been boxed off behind construction walls. However, come early May, the popular eatery will reopen to Walt Disney World guests with a major addition: Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar. Disney Parks Blog revealed an artist’s rendering of the new layout of Tutto Italia and Tutto Gusto, which is positioned where the old lobby for Tutto Italia used to be.

The 96-seat wine cellar will feature Italian small plates of meats, cheese, and desserts as well as a selection of over 200 Italian wines. Open from 11:30 am to 9 pm, Tutto Gusto will be included in the Disney World Dining Plan. Tutto Gusto Wine Cellar now forms a formidable trio with Tutto Italia and Via Napoli that will make the Italy Pavilion a must for anyone wanting to have an eccellente Walt Disney World dining experience.

The menu screams authentic Italian, with dishes ranging from Affettati and Formagi (cured meats and cheeses) to Dolci (sweets). As Disney Parks Blog describes it:

With more than two dozen small plates with everything from a taste of prosciutto de Parma to creamy burrata cheese and mussels with white wine, we can’t wait for a taste. The pasta dishes all are made with cavatappi, a corkscrew-shaped pasta, and include three versions: tomato and bufala mozzarella; shrimp, chilis, garlic and tomato; and arugula, potato, pancetta, tomatoes and asiago cheese. Classic Italian!

I have to agree with them. I can’t wait to check this out. The corridor at the end of the Italy Pavilion is quickly becoming one of my favorite places to just walk around and decompress at Walt Disney World. And that was before there was an intimate wine bar with delicious meats and cheeses! I definitely will have to stop by Tutto Gusto for a Picolli Piata and a bicchiere di vino (a small plate and a glass of wine) next time I visit Disney World.
