Good food. Great bread. Fabulous dessert.
We at Guide2WDW love Chefs De France. A pleasing French atmosphere envelops you as you’re escorted to your table. While Chefs De France has a bit more of a casual feel than its upstairs neighbor Monsieur Paul, do not be fooled. With its delicious French cuisine offerings, this restaurant still offers some of the best dining selections at Walt Disney World.
French Onion Soup and Lobster Bisque, Chefs de France’s signature soups, are must haves to start your meal despite their steep price tags. You’ll love every spoonful. Chefs de France also delivers some great flatbreads. Lunch includes crepes, quiche, and a French version of a ham and cheese sandwich. For all you seafood lovers, there’s also a surprisingly good salmon entree. However, Chefs De France’s signature dish is their short ribs braised in Cabernet and pasta, which is not to be missed. Offerings at dinner include roasted chicken, duck, and beef tenderloin. Creme brule, sweet crepes, and profiteroles au chocolat are some of the most delicious and decadent desserts at Walt Disney World.
Unfortunately, they no longer bring out Remy from Ratatouille at this restaurant. Hopefully Disney will bring back this charming, popular feature of Chefs de France.
We highly recommend this WDW restaurant. For a more in depth look at Chefs de France, check out our review.
