Video Preview of Soarin' Around The World

Disney released a sneak peek at an upcoming update to one of Epcot’s most popular attractions. In case you don’t already know, Soarin’ is currently closed for a refurbishment that includes upgrading the projection system, adding a third theater, and replacing the ride film. The original California-centric movie is gone, and sometime this summer guests will be able to see a new global film called “Soarin’ Around the World.” Today, Disney shared a short video from the ride, giving guests a small glimpse of what to expect.

The Soarin’ Around The World preview footage features a gorgeous view over the Great Wall of China and Sydney Harbor. The new Soarin’ should open up shortly after Shanghai Disneyland opens this summer, so expect to be able to soar over some more world landmarks sometime mid-to-late June. Soarin’ Around The World will also be coming to California Adventure at Disneyland Resort in Anaheim.
