We’re a day past Star Wars Day, aka May the Fourth, but here’s a tasty bit of Star Wars news just in time for “Revenge of the Fifth.” Today Disney Parks Blog announced a brand new dining experience for Star Wars Weekends. Rebel Hangar: A Star Wars Lounge Experience will offer guests a variety of specialty foods and beverages themed to everyone’s favorite film franchise that takes place a long time ago in a galaxy far, far away. Lightsaber Bites and Alderaan Ale will be served in an “immersive environment” themed to be a space port turned hang-out for Rebel pilots, smugglers, and aliens alike. Not quite a hive of scum and villainy, but it will do.

Rebel Hangar will be located in Backlot Express in Hollywood Studios’ Echo Lake area. The lounge will be available from 4 pm – 9 pm during Star Wars Weekends, which takes place each Friday, Saturday, and Sunday from May 15 – June 14, 2015. If you search your feelings and find that they want to take part in this, reservations can be made online or by calling 407-WDW-DINE.

Here’s the menu for Rebel Hangar: A Star Wars Lounge Experience, as shared by Disney Parks Blog. Unfortunately, there’s no blue milk.

  • Pilot’s Pomme Frites – these are tossed with parmesan cheese, garlic and parsley with a garlic aioli for dipping
