OK, I’ll admit it. I have a bit of a mug problem. My cupboards are currently overflowing with Disney mugs. I’m the proud owner of several Imagineering mugs, a Magic Kingdom E-Ticket mug, a mug shaped like Spaceship Earth, amongst many others. I drink a lot of coffee, so these mugs get used a lot. But there’s also so many of them. Thanks to space constraints, I’ve placed a self-imposed mug embargo. No more Disney mugs for me.
Or so I thought.
Orlando Theme Park News broke the story yesterday that Starbucks will be debuting Disney Parks branded mugs at their locations at Disney World and Disneyland later this month. (UPDATE: Fountain View at Epcot is currently offering the mugs. Via @WDWTools on Twitter.) These will include ceramic mugs and acrylic tumblers that look like the generic Disney Parks-branded cups that Starbucks currently serves their coffee in.
Those are pretty cool, but what’s forcing me to make more space in my apartment are the park-specific “You Are Here” mugs. In the past, Starbucks has offered unique “You Are Here” mugs at their flagship locations, and now the six American Disney Parks join that collection. These mugs are in keeping with the style of the other “You Are Here” mugs, and they look absolutely gorgeous.
According to Orlando Theme Park News, each mug will only be available in its respective park. Starbucks locations at Disney World can be found at the Main Street Bakery in Magic Kingdom, the Fountain View Cafe at Epcot, the Trolley Car Cafe at Hollywood Studios (open next month), and a yet to be announced location at Animal Kingdom (no opening date yet). I would assume that the Downtown Disney Starbucks location would only offer the generic Disney Parks merchandise, but no details have been announced. (Update 02/05/15: None of the Disney branded mugs are being sold at the Downtown Disney Starbucks locations. Thanks to Beth for the tip!) Starbucks at Disneyland can be found at the Market House on Main Street and the Fiddler, Fifer, and Practical Cafe in California Adventure.
Will you be picking up these mugs when they are available?

was just at Walt Disney world on Wednesday they sell out the day they get the mugs in stock since Starbucks does not produce enough of them.Good luck getting your hands on them:)
I bought my Disneyland and California Adventures mug last week! I should have paid attention that they would only be available in their respective parks. On our last day once CA was closed I thought I could buy that mug at DL. To my dismay it wasn’t avialable and I thought I was out of luck. Luckily the merchandise pickup newstand at the front of the park was able to call over there, and have someone bring one over so I can purchase it. Yay!
