The holidays at Disney World just got an extra dose of jolly. That’s because Disney World now has two holiday parties. In addition to Mickey’s Very Merry Christmas Party at Magic Kingdom, Hollywood Studios hosts Disney Jollywood Nights. Debuting November 11 – December, 2023, this is a brand new, separately ticked event that promises to bring a festive array of glittering sights, joyous sounds, and delicious treats.
Indulge in the glitz and glamour of Hollywood’s golden era with a holiday celebration that includes singing, dancing, and a whole lot of fireworks.

Disney Jollywood Nights – 2023 Dates, Time, & Location
Disney Jollywood Nights takes place from 8:30 pm to 12:30 am at Disney’s Hollywood Studios on the following nights.
- November: 11, 18, 20, 27, 29
- December: 4, 6, 16, 18, 20
What to do at Disney Jollywood Nights
Kermit and Miss Piggy Theater of the Stars Stage Show: Muppet fans, get ready to wave your hands in the air in a very excited and wobbly manner. At the Theater of the Stars (the current home to Beauty and the Beast), you’ll get to see Kermit the Frog and Miss Piggy host an all new stage show, featuring guest stars like Tiana, Belle, Mickey Mouse, and Minnie Mouse.
The Jazz Lounge at The Hollywood Brown Derby: Enjoy a sophisticated evening with plenty of glamour, as the Hollywood Brown Derby is transformed into a jazz lounge for the evening. (Capacity is limited).
Have a bash at an “other-worldly soiree” at the Hollywood Tower Hotel Courtyard: The weird “there’ll be scary ghost stories” line from The Most Wonderful Time of the Year will finally make sense as you head over toward Tower of Terror. Disney promises a soiree at the courtyard just outside the attraction, which we are sure will be equally glitzy and spooky.
Get Jolly with Sing-alongs and Dance Parties: If you want to make the most of your merriment, you can sing and dance to your heart’s content at Disney Jollywood Nights. As you enter the park, a DJ will be spinning holiday mixes, and Commissary Lane will be transformed into a lively Latin Street Fair. The Hyperion Theater will also host a sing-along.
Jingle Bell, Jingle BAM! Nighttime Spectacular: Hollywood Studios is bringing back a festive crowd-pleaser with this show featuring fireworks, projections, lasers, and special effects. This fireworks show will only be shown during the holiday party.
Special Character Meet and Greets – Disney is promising “iconic throwback characters” will populate this Hollywood Studios holiday party. Here’s who we know will be taking a starring role:
- Mickey Mouse, Minnie Mouse and “the rest of the iconic gang” – Animation Courtyard
- Powerline Max – Echo Lake
- Phineas and Serb – Echo Lake
- Edna Mode and Frozone – Pixar Plaza
Each of these meet and greets will feature special holiday decorations. PhotoPass downloads are included with the price of admission. Plus, there will be two new PhotoPass experiences in addition to the character meet and greets.
Go on favorite Hollywood Studios rides with a shorter wait: Disney World parties and after hours events are great if you want to go on rides with a much shorter wait time. Here are the rides that Disney has confirmed will be operating during the party.
- Rise of the Resistance (A Virtual Queue will be running for Rise during the party)
- Slinky Dog Dash
- Millennium Falcon: Smugglers Run
- Tower of Terror
- Rock N Roller Coaster
What to eat at Disney Jollywood Nights
Throughout the evening, specialty menu offerings will be available for purchase. We’ll update this guide with a full menu once it becomes available. In the meantime, here are a few highlights
Spicy Korean Chicken on a Mini Funnel Cake – I see your chicken and waffles, and I raise you chicken and a FUNNEL CAKE? (I can’t wait to jingle jam this into my mouth).
Christmas Tree Cookie Stack – inspired by the iconic Echo Lake Christmas Tree.
Classic cocktails and a collection of specially curated holiday beverages will also be on hand to add extra cheer to your night.
Disney Jollywood Nights Ticket Information
Tickets for Disney Jollywood Nights go on sale June 29 for guests of select Walt Disney World Resort hotels, Walt Disney World Swan and Dolphin hotels, and Shades of Green. For all other guests, tickets will go on sale on July 6.
The tickets are priced between $159-179 per person, and can be purchased on DisneyWorld.com.
Disney Jollywood Nights Recap
Jollywood Nights will be a special event for Disney World guests who want a bit more glitz, glamour, and sophistication in their holiday party. Hollywood Studios will be transformed on select nights in November and December 2023, offering guests exclusive entertainment, character meet and greets, and unique experiences.
