Here’s the official description, via LEGO.

Celebrate the Walt Disney World® Resort’s 50th anniversary with this LEGO® ǀ Disney Mini Disney Castle (40478) set! Fans of Disney’s flagship Magic Kingdom® Park can recreate the iconic Walt Disney World® Resort Cinderella Castle, complete with pearlized golden tower tops, opalescent blue rooftop cones and a vintage-style Mickey Mouse minifigure. This unique display piece makes a perfect gift for birthdays, holidays or other celebrations.

The LEGO Disney Mini Castle set costs $35. You can order it from LEGO on their website starting October 1. With 567 pieces and only 8 inches tall, it is pretty compact compared to the full sized Disney Castle Playset by Lego (pictured below), which has 4080 pieces, stands at 29 inches tall, and costs $349. Disney Lego CastleIf you’re interested in the full-sized LEGO Cinderella Castle replica, it is available on shopDisney. My family bought one of these years ago, and building it was a great activity for both adults and children to enjoy together. Will you be purchasing the Mini LEGO Castle when it becomes available on October 1? What other Disney Parks LEGO sets do you wish they would release? Personally, I hope they release a mini version of each of the park’s icons during the 50th Anniversary. Having all four lined up on a shelf together would be awesome.
